Registration Fees

• The registration fee includes lunch and coffee during the conference, an abstract book, and a conference bag.
• The registration fee does not include the Conference Dinner on May 10th, 2004.
• Tickets for the Conference Dinner can be purchased before May 3rd, 2004 at USD$65 per person. There will be no on-site sale of dinner tickets.
• The dinner entree is fish; please email BCASA@channing.harvard.edu (by May 3rd, 2004) if you require the vegetarian option.
  

All registrations must be received by the Boston Chapter of ASA before Thursday, May 6th, 2004. There will be no on-site registration at the conference. Abstract submission and registration cannot be confirmed until the payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

After the registration payment has been received, a partial refund will be granted according to the following refund schedule upon receiving the cancellation request in writing by email to BCASA@channing.harvard.edu

• Before February 29, 2004: 100% of the total payment less a $50 processing fee
• Before March 16, 2004: 80% of the total payment less a $50 processing fee
• Before April 16, 2004: 50% of the total payment less a $50 processing fee

All refund requests will be processed after the conference.
There will be no refunds for cancellations requested after April 16, 2004.
