In this paper, we address recent developments in the area of nonresponse bias analysis with respect to business surveys. There are common, design-based techniques for investigating the potential for nonresponse bias. Here, we consider techniques for assessing and mitigating nonresponse bias post-data collection from a model-based perspective. Business programs often have rich sets of covariates available for such analysis. We apply these methods to the Monthly Wholesale Trade Survey.
