In 2002, the ASA instituted the Waller Education Award to recognize a college teacher early in his/her career for effective and innovative teaching of introductory statistics. In this panel discussion, the first three winners of the award are joined by two more senior statistics educators to share experiences and observations for those who want to teach effectively and make contributions to scholarly developments in statistics education.
