Session Room AV and Speaker Management System
- Each technical session room will be equipped with a complimentary PC-compatible laptop, LCD projector, screen, and lectern with microphone. Additional equipment must be ordered and paid for by the presenter. Please note that overhead projectors, Internet access, and laser pointers will not be provided.
- A speaker management system will be available for JSM 2013. Each session room will be equipped with a PC-compatible laptop, LCD projector, screen, and switch box (for those who wish to use their own laptop). To ease the transitions between talks, this system will include the ability to upload presentations in advance or onsite in the Speaker Management Room.
- Whether speakers upload their presentations before JSM, upload onsite, or plan to use the switchbox and their own laptop we ask that all speakers and discussants check-in at the JSM Speaker Management Room at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled presentation.
