To earn the 4-time rate, contract must run four or more insertions within 12 months and must be received with the first insertion. Two different ads may be run in the same issue as part of contract. If new art is not provided by the closing date, art will be picked up from the previous insertion. Contract advertisers are covered by existing rate until contract expires. All space reservations must be made in writing.

Ad must be provided ready for printing. Preferred formats include negatives, right reading emulsion down; reproduction proofs; camera-ready art. Any ads requiring typesetting or revision will be charged at cost. Faxed copies are not considered camera-ready and will be charged for remake. Ads submitted in dimensions other than those listed will be charged for typesetting.
Issuance and Closing Dates
Published quarterly-February, May, August, and November. Purchase orders, camera-ready art, and pubset copy-December 1, March 1, June 1, and September 1.
Copy Regulation and Rate Policy
Advertisers and advertising agencies assume full responsibility for all content of advertisements (including text, representations, and illustrations). The ASA reserves the right to reject any advertising not in keeping with the publication's standards. Rates are subject to change each year.
Minimum guarantee: 11,500 copies per issue, including more than 2,000 library subscriptions. Circulation area includes the United States, Canada, and most foreign countries.
