Bayesian Bootstrap Procedures in Dose-Response Assessment

Dale Bowman

This article presents Bayesian bootstrap techniques for risk assessment in bioassays and developmental studies. The Bayesian bootstrap allows for the simulation of a posterior distribution and flexibility in the introduction of prior assumptions. Applications are made to datasets from a bioassay experiment, a clinical trial, and a developmental toxicity study.
