Finance Committee
Charge:
- To recommend long-term financial planning
- To supervise the investments of the Association and monitor the financial reserves.
- To conduct initial reviews of spending policies, upon request by the Board of Directors.
- To carry out other duties as determined by the Board of Directors
Composition: The Treasurer, as Chair and six full members, each serving three year terms, designated by the President-Elect. An advisory group was added in 1997, consisting of 3 financial experts.
